Training Program Withdrawal Policy

This policy outlines the rules and conditions related to cancellation or withdrawal requests from training programs or services provided, including the refund mechanism, as follows:

First: Withdrawal Before the Program Starts

  1. If a withdrawal request is submitted within a period not exceeding seven (7) days from the payment date, 15% of the total paid amount will be deducted as administrative fees, and 70% will be deducted for the training material received by the trainee, which is non-refundable.
  2. If payment was made through installment platforms (such as Tabby, Tamara, Jeel Pay, Madfu, or MyFatoorah), all service fees and bank charges associated with the payment process will be deducted in addition to what is stated in clause (1) above.
  3. If payment was made through Jeel Pay, in addition to what is stated in clause (1) above, all service fees and bank charges related to the payment process will be deducted at a rate of 9.5% of the total paid amount.
  4. The client loses the right to request a refund if more than seven (7) days have passed from the payment date.
  5. Refund requests will be processed within a maximum period of 45 business days from the date the withdrawal request is approved.

Second: Withdrawal After the Program Starts

If the withdrawal occurs after the program start date, the participant is not entitled to any refund of the paid fees, regardless of their attendance rate or actual participation in the program.

Third: Transfer Between Training Programs

Transfers from one training program to another are not permitted, and the paid amounts cannot be held, carried forward, or used later for other programs.

Fourth: Cancellation by the Provider

  1. The provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training program for any organizational or force majeure reasons, provided that participants are notified within a reasonable time.
  2. In case of cancellation by the provider, the full amount paid will be refunded without any deductions within a period not exceeding 45 business days.

Fifth: General Provisions

  1. The provider reserves the full right to amend the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the service or registration in the program shall be considered explicit acceptance of any subsequent amendments.
  2. The participant/trainee acknowledges their full and unconditional agreement to this policy, and completing the payment process shall be considered final acceptance of all its terms without reservation.
  3. The participant is solely responsible for ensuring that the selected program meets their training needs, and the service provider bears no responsibility for any consequences resulting from choosing an unsuitable or duplicate program.
